Will is the Clients and Markets Lead Partner for KPMG’s Turnaround & Restructuring team in Queensland. Will joined KPMG in June 2019, following the merger of KPMG and Ferrier Hodgson where Will was a Partner for 19 years and the Queensland Practice Head from 2012 to 2019.Will has practiced for over 35 years in restructuring, turnaround and insolvency, across a range of industry sectors. He provides financial and restructuring advice to companies and their boards, banks and other stakeholders, and is highly regarded for solving complex financial problems with clear and unequivocal advice. He has extensive experience in helping businesses to formulate strategies to restructure or turnaround their business in order to restore value on a cost-effective basis for all stakeholders.Will also acts as a receiver, administrator or liquidator of companies, which involves assessment of their financial position, the management, sale, restructure or recapitalisation of the business, resolution of creditor claims and effectively managing disparate stakeholder groups.Will also conducts solvency reviews, and has prepared expert reports for court purposes.
