I am fascinated by the intelligent and robust control of agile and highly dynamic physical systems. My B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Robotics gave me ample exposure to topics in linear control theory, planning, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. I completed several projects in the control of agile physical systems, including theoretical approaches to cubes and segways, and learned approaches to prosthetics and multi-story structures. I am currently expanding my knowledge and capabilities in a Ph.D. in Control and Dynamical Systems at the California Institute of Technology, where I will focus on the control of bipedal and quadrupedal robotic systems.
