Development of schedules, goals, defined work assignments, interactions with suppliers and the user community.Senior Lithographer focused on developing early double patterning processes for initial development of 28nm and 20nm processes. Oversaw team assignments, schedules, goals, and process delivery.

Freescale - Crolles2 Alliance

Process Technologist working with DFM team to focus on early ground rule development creating further design restrictions for process and yield improvements. awFreescale-NXP-STM 193nm Immersion Lithography project focused on 32nm. Implementation of 65nm and 45nm node imaging projects. Worked through simulations to develop imaging conditions and mask effects to maximize process capability level by level, along with DR restrictions assessment for additional DFM implementation.

Created goals, schedules, defined work assignments, and interactions within Universities across the United States and Australia.
