Senior Solutions Specialist
Responsible for designing, identifying, creating and architecting solutions opportunities to compliment a sales force across the midwest region. Responsible for managing 50+ sales professionals software opportunities. Covering the midwest region for multiple offices throughout the midwest.Expert in workflow optimization for cost recovery and containment, document management and retention, scanning and e-discovery processes for 21st century business neeeds.As a Senior Solutions Specialist I have been responsible for selling and supporting various Imaging Solutions and Professional Services for both Canon and it's partners. My role as a Solutions Specialist is to be a subject matter expert for sales and support function focusing on identifying customer’s pain points and needs analysis. My function to the sales division is to reccomend the appropriate solution to provide a measurable improvement to a prospective clients business process. Intimate knowledge and presentations of uniFlow, eCopy, Equitrac, Rightfax, Pharos,Kofax, AX/Captiva, Documentum, Prism Software, nQueue Billback as well as the full line of imageWare products.My responsibilities include:• Attainment of quota targets in the Midwest region for Solutions and Managed Print Services.• Provide consulting, scope of work, design document and configuration support and for Solutions & MPS prospects.• Participate in a defined level of Sales Calls, maintain Pipeline Accuracy and Field Reports. • Train Sales Representatives on current and emerging Canon and third party solutions.• Work in conjunction with Branch Directors, Sales Managers and Pre-Sales Analysts to develop customized proposals, pricing and SOW for Solutions and MPS opportunities. • Regularly present and demonstrate solutions to C-level leaders and IT Staff.
