• Manage resources and provided performance evaluation for a five CRNA team that provides anesthesia services in conjunction with five anesthesiologists. • Hand selected to serve as sole anesthesia provider for six thousand navy and marine corps personnel providing anesthesia services as part of a fifteen person surgical team during a six to seven month deployment to the Indian Ocean and North Arabian Sea. • Planned, selected, and managed all anesthetic resources required during afloat period with minimal opportunities to resupply. • Awarded a Naval Commendation Medal for excellence in administrative and clinical duties

• Performed full scope of practice anesthesia services including preoperative evaluation, induction and maintenance of anesthesia, as well as post-anesthetic management. Provided services for 7 surgical subspecialties and obstetrics utilizing eight operating rooms and labor and delivery ward. • Designated as interim Department Head during a three month period of OR renovation and high staff turn over. Worked intimately with project managers to select and purchase all anesthetic equipment for renovated OR. Maintained operative capability and patient safety during renovation period. Awarded Naval Commendation Medal for clinical and leadership duties.
