To summarize myself, and what I am looking for in a career, I have a love of writing and creativity - my spare time is often filling with penning a new short story, working with friends designing new table top gaming systems, or perfecting my home-brewed beer and mead.I also have a deep love of strategy, economics, and competition. I was a nationally ranked competitive fencer, greatly enjoyed studying economics in college, and generally have fun learning about business.It would be my joy to marry these characteristics with a career, to tackle challenges that require critical thought and a creative touch. I have found that I can adapt to many environments - as an assistant coach at East Lyme High School, I found myself in charge of dozens of members of our 50+ student team. That is juxtaposed to my work in sales with Community Energy, where I was left to find, access, and then work a verity of venues on my own. My favorite work environment is one where co-workers easily mingle, and are able to act as mentor, coach, and confidant, and can readily learn from each other's successes.
