My project life-cycle tasks can include but are not exclusive to: - Receiving client new-enquiry briefings - Receiving internal project briefings - Managing the contractor & sub-contractor procurement process - Organising and leading PM & contractor final work scope surveys- Chairing and leading client pre-start meetings - Managing high level stakeholder interests i.e. MD, Ops Director- Balancing multiple stakeholder interests i.e. direct client & end-client- Estimating, cost analysis, managing client budgetary adjustments- Formulating project progress charts for contractor & client teams - Placing all contractor / supplier POs - Undertaking and overseeing all project CDM responsibilities - Project management and site management of works - Client handover and issuing of O&M completion packagesOther responsibilities include: - Internal management of company H&S system - Project Management input in quarterly company sales meetings - Tracking employee qualification and credential expiration to ensure compliance- Project Management feedback to company Directors to drive process change - Providing support for company tender applications & submissionsI have managed design-build projects from the basements of central London buildings to the UK's most high-security sites, from one of Europe's largest film facilities in Warner Bros Studios to the nationwide barracks' which home the UK's armed forces.
