I have been responsible for driving rapid dynamic market growth of Hillcrest/Outcomes First, through organic, acquisition and merger opportunities. This strategic growth has been achieved through sustainable high quality staff development, and the devolving of key leadership and management responsibilities, through incentivised local 'ownership'. We have detailed and financed plans to grow our services by a further 30/40% over the next two to three years.We have developed an intrinsically strong relationship with our VC partner, and collectively we aim to widen and expand our market reach still further over the next few years.
