Instructs pilots on the planning and execution of VIP airlift missions for military leadership, congressional delegations, and international dignitaries in a highly visible and autonomous environment. Leads 280-member inspection team in planning, execution, and assessment of installation-level exercises ensuring readiness and force protection for 54,000 personnel and host nation treaty compliance. Oversees mission management and support requirements for G-V aircrew deployed in theater in support of overseas contingency operations.

Instructs and evaluates instrument procedures, low-level tactics, assault landings, tactical approaches and departures, night vision goggle operations and aerial refueling. Manages all installation nuclear-related activities and programs; coordinates with higher headquarters staff and outside agencies to ensure compliance with nuclear directives. Trains and evaluates nuclear weapons couriers and pilots on the safe and secure custody and global transportation of nuclear weapons, material, and components.
