He also advises clients on a wide range of privacy and data security compliance issues, including issues arising under the state and international privacy laws, GLBA, FERPA, GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS, and the FTC Act. A frequent speaker and writer on the privacy and data security issues, Will is known as a recognized leader in the field. Additionally, he has earned the designation of Certified Information Privacy Professional through the IAPP.
