My core competencies include new business development, client analysis, customer engagement, and relationship building.In my most recent internship at UnitedHealthcare, I specialized in Medicare solutions and learned to handle inbound sales calls, conduct needs analysis, navigate difficult conversations, and sell various product sets. I also received comprehensive training on Medicare business, systems, and direct to consumer sales processes. In my previous internship at Rainbow Tree Company, I worked as a tree technician treating ash trees to prevent Emerald Ash Borer infestation. I obtained a commercial pesticide applicator license and interacted with property owners frequently. I am passionate about delivering quality service and creating positive customer experiences.
