Training managers and/or colleagues on:o Set processes for effective and efficient warehouse and clerical duties such as receipts, assembly, replenishments etc.o The use of various tools available such as wearable or truck mounted RDT’s.o PC software/programs warehouse management systems and performance management.o Monitoring and reacting to changes required in the reported CPM figures to the customer. Involved with start up in a greenfield site where we opened a brand new 620,000 sq ft eco-friendly distribution centre. We service around 50 supermarkets and convenience stores and went from zero stock holding in October 2007 to delivering approximately 1 million cases in the week running up to Christmas that year. Main responsibilities were:o Day to day running of warehouse using existing WMS o Responsibility & organising of around 100 members of staff per shifto Ensuring all company & statutory health and safety obligations are adhered too Undertaking project work to manage operational changes and developmentso Performance, sickness & attendance management/ disciplinary matterso Development and management of current processes

o Day to day running of warehouse using existing WMSo Responsibility & organising of up to 100 members of staff in warehouseo Planning, organising and statistical reporting/reviewing of all warehouse operations including submission of payroll to finance team.o Disciplinary and grievance hearingso Reduction of customer claims through refinement of picking process and delivery quality

o Trained on all warehouse duties including order receiving, assembly, marshalling and despatching in multi temperature chamberso Reach truck dutieso Organising of all above duties on a regular basis when utilised as a step-up team leader
