I specialize in training companies who deal with expats, particularly Americans and Europeans. I worked to bring D&E Bakers and their star product, the Dutch stroopwafel (Stroopie in the Indian market), to the Delhi market and then beyond. Key activities include overall marketing coordination, design of brand-building events and campaigns, and negotiations of positioning and pricing with key clients.

As an accent trainer I worked with BPO and MNC employees who regularly communicate with internationals to reduce parts of their mother-tounge accent that disrupt clear communication. In addition, I trained staff teams in conflict resolution, and business ethics.
