About Will Geary
I have always been fascinated by the way money works, which ignited my passion for finance. My ability to engage with new people and build strong relationships has shaped my career ambitions and been instrumental in my internships at several great companies. Through these roles, I discovered a deep interest in real estate and private equity. At each company, I gained invaluable skills in Microsoft Excel, CRE Analysis, Acquisitions, Due Diligence, Investments, and Joint Ventures along with essential professional skills that I will bring to the workplace. These experiences have equipped me with a solid foundation in CRE DCF modeling, market/submarket analysis, and strategic investment evaluation. As I approach graduation in May 2025, I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills in a dynamic Real Estate Private Equity firm. I am passionate about leveraging the abilities I gained through the curriculum at the University of Nebraska, the amazing companies I interned for, as well as all of the great people in my network who have guided me along the way.
