Throughout my career, I have fostered robust relationships using communication to build trust and loyalty between recruits, families, officials, and staff. I set benchmarks and achievable goals, focusing on reaching or surpassing targets independently or with a team. I also develop and implement effective game plans in collaboration with other team staff and players, leading to team championships in different conferences. Additionally, I contributed to delivering different initiatives, including recruitment, coordination, and relationship building, to secure development and performance efficiency. Furthermore, my competitive mindset and resilience allowed me to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
