As a transformational and committed professional with 10+ years of extensive coaching experience for football teams across different universities, I have offered my well-rounded expertise to develop athletes' talents and help them enter NFL. Throughout my career, I have fostered robust relationships using communication to build trust and loyalty between recruits, families, officials, and staff. I set benchmarks and achievable goals, focusing on reaching or surpassing targets independently or with a team. I also develop and implement effective game plans in collaboration with other team staff and players, leading to team championships in different conferences. Additionally, I contributed to delivering different initiatives, including recruitment, coordination, and relationship building, to secure development and performance efficiency. Furthermore, my competitive mindset and resilience allowed me to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. When not on the field, I enjoy fishing, golfing, basketball, and coaching youth sports. I also love spending time with my 3 beautiful girls Ariyah (7), Amirah (5), and Aliviyah (2).
