I defend agricultural, chemical, and pharmaceutical companies in high stakes commercial and personal injury litigation. I practice with our firm's Life Science Litigation team, and I co-chair our Food and Agriculture Litigation and Regulatory team. Based in our Nashville office, I am admitted to practice law in Mississippi and Tennessee, and I have been admitted pro hac vice for particular matters in state and federal courts in many other states. The special opportunity to work on virtual defense teams in mass litigations in challenging venues around the country has contributed to my national ranking in Product Liability and Mass Torts by Chambers USA for 2008-2018. I have been involved in the defense of seventeen different pharmaceutical litigations, and I have served as regional and trial counsel on national commercial litigation involving genetically modified crops. My trial experience includes defense verdicts for Bayer in the second and third trials in the country over the prescription medicine Baycol.
