A current focus is developing networks of leaders in a broad array of fields - from indigenous leaders to economists to permaculturalists to CEOS and scientists - to map the Metacrisis and create integrated.

YES is an international NGO that holds week-long leadership retreats for social change makers from around the globe. I am a lead facilitator, trainer of trainers, and curriculum designer. We host events in 7 countries. The retreats bring together people from all fields of social change to examine the interconnections of personal, interpersonal and systemic.

I work with the COO to create company-wide systems for governance, organizational development, resource allocation, and conflict resolution. I worked with teams across the company to design their OD plans and led their trainings.

EdgeMakers is an international education company that produces curricula to teach people how to become successful innovators on social issues. I designed and wrote their curricula for Sustainability Innovation and Social Justice, a participatory curricula that teaches essential skills for becoming effective innovators: design thinking, collaboration, story.

Learner’s Guild is a $5 Million tech start-up developing Self-Organizing Learning Communities where people learn how to code, focusing on under-represented groups in the Tech world. I was on the core design team. We designed the learning operating system, a collaborative, self-guided learning process for emotional intelligence, diversity, power.

The Pungwe is an annual gathering I began and lead. The Pungwe brings together 80 diverse change makers creating solutions to world issues – in ecology, education, business, health, law, race, international development, and several others. We also bring together healers, artists, and spiritual leaders. The key element of the Pungwe is that every presenter.

The Athenian School is an elite independent school in the Bay Area. Over five years, I worked with the Athenian School to revitalize its mission by engaging students, teachers and administrators in design processes to rethink the purpose of the school in relation to the world in the 21st century. Fierce Allies is an intensive training, facilitation, and consulting program that fosters deep partnerships across divides of power and privilege. They work with government agencies, NGOs, businesses and education systems to develop their capacity to work with issues of race, class and gender. Nation Wide

VALUE is a national advocacy group formed to reshape the policy and practices for adult literacy, poverty, racism, and economic development. The heart of their campaign is to make decision making in education systems democratic and responsive to the communities they serve. I was VALUE’s National Trainer of Trainers. New Mexico

• I was the Executive Director for a Federally funded ngo I co-founded called Voz. Voz developed networks of leaders from marginalized communities to democratize education and social service systems. Our trainers.

• Legislative liaison for the Adult Education system that changed hundreds of policies and three laws.
• Organizing and leading a coalition of 35 NGOs, colleges, and schools working to address issues of poverty and access to education.
