•Assist the lead Injection Engineer and assigned project team on a program to develop or improve manufacturing methods and processes in the production of conforming parts and assemblies. •Work closely with the process team to develop and implement tooling and process designs, translating the concept into a highly producible product by meeting qualification criteria for identified key product requirements and specs. •Support the preparation of production documentation including work instructions and travelers. •Review product made with engineering, manufacturing and quality to verify conformity and, when the product is non-conforming, assist in determining root cause and corrective action. •Support training of production personnel in the correct methods of manufacture, once the processes are defined and documented. •Support periodic engineering/technical project updates as needed by customer.

Process Engineering Assistant:Develop and maintain process documentation used in the manufacture of advanced composite antenna systems and Subcomponents.Work closely with Engineering and production personnel to improve and develop manufacturing processes that incorporate product improvements and cost reductions.Incorporate process flow changes using Lean principles, Continuous Improvement, and Value Stream Mapping techniques.Worked with manufacturing on continuous improvement programs for all processes.Reviewed customer drawings/specifications and applied requirements within the processes and Manufacturing Control Specifications.Manage and train production personnel in our quality system to ensure compliance with all internal and external requirements.Perform Monthly process control and AS9100 quality system audits.Perform 9 Step reviews on production and supplier defects to work out robust cause and corrective actions.Fiberglass and Plastics Fabricator 2 Fabricate and assemble complex antenna systems using composite materials and integrated Circuit Card Assemblies used for aircraft communications, navigation, information and Wing structural integrity.

Perform the repair and overhaul of aircraft structure, as well as other aircraft component and systems repair and maintenance.

Performed the installation of various avionics equipment per applicable STCs and engineering drawings on various types of corporate airframes.

Performed heavy C & D check maintenance on Continental (MD-80's) and FED-X (727, DC10, and A300) operated aircraft.
