I am an Associate at Social Finance, a national nonprofit and registered investment advisor. We work with the public, private, and social sectors to build innovative partnerships and investments that measurably improve lives.Prior to joining Social Finance, I worked at Data for Decisions, LLC, as a Senior Research Associate in the Labor and Employment Practice. In this role, I worked with economists to support employers in their DEI efforts and performed econometric analyses to identify and address equity issues in hiring, compensation, retention, promotion, and attrition.I graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in Economics. During my junior year, I studied economic history and public policy at the London School of Economics.
