Sr. Systems Engineer
CurrentSME for various technologies including, but not limited to:*VMware*WiFi*Backup/Recovery*Exchange*Active Directory*Switching/routing*WAN/LAN management*Microsoft CAWide range of experience including Exchange migrations, AD upgrades, VMware hyper-converged migrations and physical-to-virtual migrations. WiFi vendor testing, planning, deployment, configuration and maintenance. Backup/restore using CommVault software. Familiar with security concepts and best practices, though this is not in my specific job description. I have participated heavily in many building additions and new construction from inception to hand-off as it pertains to technology (wiring, MDF/IDF, WiFi, etc.). Broad range of technical and soft skills. I can work alone, in a team setting or as a mentor to less experienced staff.I hold, or have held, many IT certifications including Cisco, VMware, Microsoft and CommVault.
