To date my career has primarily focused on providing HR and Consultancy to schools within Kent and the surrounding area. In the early years my work consisted of the processing of Personnel data for schools, but as my career progressed I moved into providing advice to schools directly regarding HR and Payroll. Having bounced around various HR departments I have since moved into the ICT side of things, with my current role involving the providing of advice and remote support to schools in relation to Management Information Systems such as SIMS, Arbor and Bromcom, which involves a whole array of different areas including Personnel, Data Management, Reporting, Attendance, Assessment, as well as the generic ICT processes associated with these topics.
