Processed the onboarding requirements for both external and internal candidates, from offer letter acceptance to the first day of work. Responsible for background checks, state and federal documents, offer letter processing, start date updating/delaying, H-1B initiation, I-9, and onboarding requiring research, problem-solving, and communication. Specialization in wealth management advisor and intern onboarding, and collaboratively developed process documents and training for said positions. Developed strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, while providing excellent customer service, consistent and timely communication, and serving as a resource for questions, processes, and procedures.

Utilizing ICPSR data I studied the relationship between union membership and life satisfaction to identify if union trust levels mediate this relationship. I was responsible for data coding, data analysis, background research, timeline management, and a written formal report and presentation
