This position entailed managing the food and beverage daily operations. I was responsible for customer service satisfaction on a daily basis. I also created and implemented weekly happy hour specials to drive sales for the Down Under Steakhouse. I also assisted in banquet aspects to ensure a successful event such as weddings, conventions, and conferences. I managed between 5-10 employees on a daily basis which included servers, bartenders, and host/hostess.
