Current• Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills, assisting 5th grade educator Ms. Smith inteaching Math and Literacy to 24 students• Analyzes student achievement in Literacy and Mathematics, employing data analysis to cocreate evidence-based teaching plans that maximize student success• Positively impacts students affected by COVID disruptions, as evidenced by writing and mathscores showing the 2nd highest growth in the district during interim testing.• Assists art teacher Ms. Landgreen in delivering quality art instruction.
