I always strive for the best, with the highest standards in what I do. With all the people I have worked with over the years, I've developed a strong work ethic and the skills to work on my own or in a group. My objective is to find a position where I can use these skills as well as acquire new ones. My most recent job title was a Client Success Manager, and team lead for Ylopo LLC. This has given me a lot of experience with Crisis Management as well as training employees and how to handle difficult situations. I had the opportunity to manage a great team and work with them individually to grow their skills as well as improve our operation and efficiency as a team.I am currently working for Kryterion Inc. Kryterion is the leading certification organization, working with some of the world's leading companies. Daily, I will train clients, assist them with crafting their certification tracks, and help them deal with any unforeseen consequences. I always aim to continue improving my relationships with our clients so they know that our team is there to support them in any professional need.
