I am a diverse and in-depth leader and manager. I have 25 years of leadership and management experience across multiple organizations. I have supervised, led, and managed people, teams, and programs in 3 distinct career fields to include Cyber Operations, Information Technology, and Cryptologic Systems; Space Operations (with experience in Satellite Command and Control, Missile Warning, Space Track, Human Space Flight Support, and Space Command and Control); Restaurant, Hotel, and Fitness Management. I have fulfilled these leadership and management roles as a Non-Commissioned Officer, Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, Company Grade Officer, and Field Grade Officer. I have supervised Military, Civilians, and Contractors. I am a people person and enjoy building successful teams. I have also taken great pleasure in my abilities in volunteer support to multiple organizational events, I have been a certified operational instructor at 3 different organizations and am currently Air Education and Training Command Certified. I have utilized my leadership abilities with outstanding results across 10 USAF assignments and 2 deployments, one as the Joint Operations Center Chief at Joint Task Force Bravo. I have further expanded my communication skills by being on two communications facilitator teams and have garnered a multitude of communication skills including large venue public speaking and have been a certified operations instructor for three organizations and I am a certified Air Education and Training Command Instructor. I am people-oriented and have excellent soft skills, this has enabled me to both enforce standards and identify when my people need additional assistance, training, and attention. I am looking for an organization where I can continue to expand my abilities.
