Vice President And Director Of Business Services
CurrentResponsible for the integration of all Operations and Business Development efforts of the company. In charge of leading efforts to monetize the existing contract portfolio, including working in concert with Pro2Serve Program Managers to identify new opportunities with Pro2Serve’s existing clients to better support their missions. Lead responsibility for developing winning proposals for new Business Development efforts, including directing all proposal efforts. This responsibility includes directing all efforts of the company’s proposal personnel, developing pricing strategy, and remaining accountable for preparation of technical and management volumes. Responsible for supporting the President and Chief Executive Officer with critical analysis of operational issues and new business development initiatives, including production of business cases to equip leadership with the necessary information to make decisions that support portfolio growth. Responsibilities also include interfacing with the Chief Financial Officer as well as the VP and Director of Contracts to ensure pricing strategies for new Business Development efforts align with overall corporate budgetary goals and objectives.
