I am currently working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), where I am dedicated to making a positive impact on children's lives and supporting their families. My responsibilities include working one-on-one with clients to address targeted behaviors, reinforce positive behaviors, and support communication development through engaging activities. What I find most rewarding about my role is the opportunity to help children grow while bringing joy to their lives and providing valuable support to their families.

I previously held the position of Service Coordinator at Discount Tire, where I was responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the service center. My duties included overseeing daily operations, coordinating services, and ensuring a seamless workflow. I also interacted with customers, clearly explaining the services performed on their vehicles and addressing any questions or concerns to ensure a positive and informative experience. My role required strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
