Supply Officer

• Coach senior/junior and age group swimmers of various ages and abilities.• Create workouts and provide instruction during dry land and water workouts

• Recruiting prospective student-athletes and coordinating visits to campus• Assisting with day-to-day operations and water work outs• Provide instruction during dry land and weight room workouts

• Assist entertainment department with day-to-day and game-day operations.• Handle various administrative duties including: research, mailings, assisting with expense reports, selecting/purchasing assorted entertainment gear, designing credentials, and department errands.• Assist front desk in handling the team’s main phone line by answering and directing calls.• Manage field flag and fan engagement personnel on and off of the field.

• Supervise pool patrons and their safety.• Maintain and enforce the pool rules, policies & procedures.• Responsible for pool maintenance and clean up.

• Assisted with various game day duties including: sponsorship banners, programs, ticketing, merchandise sales, and in-game runner.• Made informational and sales calls to Jacksonville area businesses.• Handled various administrative duties including: the main phone line, assisting with fan questions, and department errands.

• Supervised and provided first-aid to beach patrons.• Attended weekly in-service training sessions.
