Local Authority role working in the Strategic Developments Team as part of the Planning and Regeneration Service.Originally engaged to access central government funding related to stimulating housing supply through the delivery of infrastructure, I have also undertaken work relating to the successful Clay Country Eco Town bid and to the forthcoming Infrastructure Development Plan.Main duties have included:Bid writingProgramme management including setting up of governance structures, political networks, stakeholder networks, writing operational guidance, assessment and monitoring forms Project identificationProject assessment and appraisalProject managementEco Town submission support including assessment of initial submission, refining and advising on final submission with particular reference to financial viability, phasing and the major elements of infrastructurePart of officer group undertaking Infrastructure Strategy and Delivery Plan.
