Command Integration Lead (CIL) directly supports the US Government to develop joint operational and functional capabilities in the information environment. In this role, the CIL provides the Joint Force with an AI/ML enabled, scalable enterprise, Command and Control (C2), situational awareness, and data analytics capability to support Globally Integrated Operations (GIO) Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) and information and decision advantage. In addition, the CIL will function as a key contributor to high-tempo operations and will provide on-site technical expertise, assistance, and training to the Commands they support as well as serves as a direct conduit between the Government PMO and COCOM.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for integration into the command processes as needed, but not limited to, Battle Rhythm events integration, documentation and facilitating Government PMO engagements. Serves as a “first responder” for issues regarding access or functionality by users within the CommandProvides feedback to the Government PMO in the form of documented deficiencies, anomalies, and shares best practices to ensure the positive contribution and continuous evolution of technologies in support of Globally Integrated Operations.Supports on-site and virtual training, training programs, development of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and SOPs within the Command. Enhances COCOM’s situational awareness through the assimilation of data as well as the integration of visualization technologies into the COCOM Common Operating Picture (COP). Demonstrates geopolitical knowledge of assigned theater. Demonstrates an understanding of relevant technologies as well as broad command and control principles. Ability to build and maintain technical documentation and high-level enterprise architectures. Performs other tasks as required by the Government contracting team.
