To come up with robust and compelling solutions, I need to ask the right questions to understand key challenges and priorities and effectively apply logics & metrics. I also need to consider ways of working and the impact of technology, to establish successful and consistent operational processes and models.

Responsible for implementing and enhancing recruitment technologies that improve operational efficiency and user experience, I build connectivity between different HR systems and applications. Managing the entire project life cycle, I translate business requirements into technical ones and focus on ensuring initiatives are fully delivered. Reporting on measures of success whilst delivering clear communications and effective training is essential. Working as part of IBM's Direct Sourcing team for Experienced hires, I recruited candidates for IBM across the UK in areas such as Systems Integration, IT Security, IT & Enterprise Architecture, E-commerce, Software Testing, Procurement & Supply Chain and Finance & Risk. Further to liaising with IBM Senior Management, I used CV search functions such as LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively identify, network and engage with passive and active candidates. I then subsequently managed the recruitment process until the point of offer.

I was an Internal Recruiter sourcing and selecting Recruitment Consultants to all Hays brands throughout the UK. Working to strict deadlines and headcount targets, I managed the whole recruitment process in order to source experienced hires up to Director level and talented sales-minded professionals at entry level. I created on-line and press advertising campaigns, pre-qualified applicants, co-ordinated and chaired assessment centres and set up all subsequent interviews with senior management. I also placed experienced consultants through proactive headhunting methods and produced recruitment reports to analyse results, activity and trends.

I was responsible for recruiting temporary on-site Construction personnel. Working within a competitive marketplace, I generated business relationships with main and sub contractors through direct sales. Further to having jobs registered, I was responsible for candidate sourcing, interviewing, negotiation of candidate pay and client charge rates, taking references, administrative work to complete payroll and compliance procedures and filling jobs.
