My duties included engaging with customers face to face on a daily basis, welcoming them and helping to resolve any problems. Ensuring all work was completed on the time to maintain customer satisfaction.

Duties included managing and motivating a team of bar staff, creating rotas management of stock rotation and procedures. Upselling where possible to ensure customer satisfaction. Overseeing private functions (weddings, christenings, birthdays, etc.), management of the bar, team and restaurant. Interviewing potential bar staff, discussing job requirements and negotiating salaries.

High Wych

Duties included managing a team of staff, allocating jobs so that everyone worked most effectively and happily, especially when using all bars during private parties and functions – this could involve catering for up to 400 guests. Ordering and checking stock delivery to ensure money spent was spent correctly and wisely. Attending weekly meetings and contributing suggestions on how to improve standards of service.
