As Scrum Master my responsibilities included pushing for continuous improvements in the scrum process and ensuring the team runs efficiently. As well as helping to identify bottlenecks, impediments to be removed and always focusing on supporting the team to deliver in-line with development and business needs and at a high quality.In simple terms, I fix problems, I remove blockers and generally assist the development team on a day to day basis as well as plan Sprints and generally wrestle JIRA into submission.I have also had experience as Product Owner and still, on occasion, assist the business in that capacity.My other role is that of Marketing Analyst in which I was responsible for the analysis of various data sets to provide us with an understanding of customer behaviour and to enable us to make evidence based decisions.I have also had extensive experience of running ad campaigns, through both Google Adwords, Facebook and Twitter.This role has evolved somewhat and I now hold a rather more pretentious position involving Marketing Guidance and Management.
