I have worked in the insurance industry since 2010. My experience has mostly been at an independent insurance brokerage/agency, Peck-Stanton-Hockett Insurance Agency. I am now a personal lines producer for George Petersen Insurance Agency, I joined their firm in 2022. I have had a personal lines insurance license since 2013 which includes but is not limited to Homeowner's, Auto, Umbrella/Excess Liability, Flood and Earthquake. Though I am not currently licensed to transact commercial lines, I do have experience with General Liability, Business Owners Package, Workers Compensation, Business Auto, Medical, Life and Professional Sport-Fishing Insurance. I have experience in insurance customer service, which includes quoting insurance, issuing/binding insurance policies. Producing documents needed by customers like evidences/proof of insurance, proof of auto insurance ID cards. I have experience in managing customer accounts and making changes and updates as they are requested by customers. I am also experienced in claims, assisting customers with their claims so that they receive fair treatment and to take the burden of a claim off their shoulders.
