Responsible for the England Talent pathway (disability) within the West Midlands, East Midlands and East regions.- overseeing the running and delivery of 10 regional talent centres for cerebral palsy, blind, visually impaired and deaf- transitioning players from mainstream environments into the elite disability squads - delivering training events for those looking to gain more experience in elite disability football- managing relationships across regions to create an effective scouting and awareness network- monitoring visits to centres providing technical and administrative feedback- selection of players for the national emerging talent programme - allocating funding streams to talented players to support their development

Delivering football sessions to numerous different groups of players. I have experience of working with:- Disability Groups- Girls Development Centre- Boys Devlelopment Centres/ Centres of Excellence- University of Central Birmingham Mens 1st Team

Working within a team to implement the FA National Game Strategy for Birmingham County FA. I lead on the small sided provision and work with clubs in Warwick and Stratford Local Authorities.•Implementation of the FA National Game Strategy •Lead on Futsal and small sided•Creation of strategies, work programmes, facility and development plans •Work with Local, Regional and National partners to deliver the County Plan •Manage relationships with Leagues, CSP’s and local authorities •Project assessment, evaluation and re-design

To increase disability football provision in the county. Headed a team of coaches to deliver in schools and in football squads. Sessions increased participation in the area from 30 to 200 players in disability. Also raised £25,000 worth of funding to maintain the sustainability of project and fund specific projects.
