Responsible for the production, monitoring of fermentation, transfers, carbonation and packaging of beer.Sanitizing and cleaning vessels as well as cleaning kegs manually. Planning brewing schedule and keeping up with demand of taproom sales.Yeast harvesting, handling and pitching.Development of new recipes.Representing the brewery at various festivals and events.Writing and establishing SOPs, following recipes that are already established and maintaining the general cleanliness of the brewing area.Managing bi-monthly inventory of beer and raw material.Recording and managing inventory for excise taxes.

• Responsible for all aspects of the brewing process including but not limited too Conducting of mash procedures and production of worto Monitoring and controlling fermentationo Transferring and filtering of finished beero Extensive work with oak barrels and carbonating and packaging beer both in bottles and kegso Clean in place (CIP) and passivation of tanks which involved work with industrial grade chemicals.• Management of up to seven volunteer staff persons during bottling days with responsibility of entire bottling operation including preparation, breakdown and clean up of equipment and operation a six head wine filler.• Management and overall organizing of the warehouse inventory.• Responsible for yeast management including pitching and harvesting yeast in conical fermenters. • Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of kegs, fermenters, brew house equipment and floors. • Recipe formulation and production of a wide selection of ales and lagers including extensive experience with wild and sour beer.• Experienced with use of electric forklift for movement of warehouse inventory, unloading ingredient materials and finished product loading onto commercial carrier trucks.

• Responsible for all aspects of the beer making process including conducting of mash procedures, production of wort, monitoring fermentation, transferring and filtering beer. Experience also included working with oak barrels, carbonating and packaging beer both in cans and kegs, clean in place (CIP) and the passivation of tanks.• Supervisor of five staff members team on packaging days while operating a five head cask canning line • Operation of gas powered forklift for loading and unloading trucks as well as movement of warehouse inventory • Responsible for yeast management including pitching and harvesting yeast in open fermenters.• Interactions with customers and other brewers through representation of the brewery at the Great American Beer Festival as well as many festivals in Oklahoma.

• Responsible for maintaining accounts and all communication with dealership managers.• Responsible for independently managing time and ensuring all accounts are serviced professionally and efficiently.
