Very similar to my previous role with more products. I deal with fixed lines and calls, telephone systems, leased lines, broadband, international toll free numbers and VoIP. I work out of hours supporting the majority of the customer base between 8pm and 8am. My main role is to diagnose the the initial problems and pass through to the relevant engineer to.
