I have worked in all facets of the Hospitality and Tourism industry for close to 10 years. I worked as a Tour Director for nearly 10 years before being promoted within Premier World Discovery to Manager of Product Operations and Tour Directors, which is a position ive heald for over a year.My work history includes many positions in customer service. For close to a year, I worked in the Hotel industry as a Front Desk agent for both Red Lion and Courtyard by Marriott. I have experience in Food and Beverage with Centerplate and Olympic Flynn Restaurants. In 2011, I spent the summer working with Redhook Brewery in Woodinville, assisting with events. I also have experience in event planning and coordination as Beverage Chairman for MHCC's annual Gala Dinner and Auction. I managed routing and group travel as Transportation Coordinator for Event Transportation Associates.Since the age of 16, I've had a goal of becoming a Tour Guide and Tour Director in Europe. I was able to achieve that within 7 years, I've worked at 2 separate Travel Agencies, where I learned about the aspects of selling travel. During my time as a Travel Agent intern at Walker Travel and Cruises, I assisted in the planning and booking of a cruise to the Western Caribbean for 36 students. I was also acting cruise host. I spent some time with a company called Worldwinger Travel in the early part of 2010, where I helped expand the knowledge and profitability of the company by enhancing marketing and sales of cruise products.
