My wife and I founded Miami Creek Farm in 2011 and have taken an interest in organic methods of producing "clean"​ food. Along with a dear friend, we then began planning and building Miami Creek Brewing Company in 2014 with a focus on utilizing local ingredients and ingredients we produce. Our brewery opened to the public October 30th of 2016. We continue to focus on local ingredients we grow on our 21 acre farm and include many of these ingredients in the artisan beer we produce. Home brewing has been a hobby of mine for 25+ years and I enjoy it as much today as I did when brewing in a 5 gallon bucket!I have spent many years in the IT world as a full time employee as well as an independent contractor. I have worked professionally in the IT arena at MSTS for 24+ years.I am an avid motorcyclist, and as a result, I started an organization that has grown to over 4500 members and enthusiasts in over 125 countries and territories. We meet bi-annually at events that I am responsible for planning and coordinating.
