• Responsible for managing projects and personnel for the IT Infrastructure and Business Analytics teams.• Created views and tables in Microsoft SQL server to act as a data warehouse for our Oracle ERP software. This enabled us to connect with PowerBI in a more efficient manner. • Meet with each department to determine their data requirements and build reporting solution using PowerBI and SQL server. • Created processes and procedures for maintenance of current reporting systems as well as additional requests.• Actively learning and aware of new and changing technologies to ensure that our company is always using the most cost effective and efficient technologies to support the business.• Led a project that involved migrating our mission critical servers from an on prem solution to a cloud solution. Once that cloud solution was no longer the most cost-effective solution, we then created a project to move to AWS. This project is now complete and is saving the company thousands of dollars per month.• In charge of all IT spending and budgets.

• Forecast, manage and work with finance to create $88 million maintenance and lease budget.• Led efforts to improve the purchase order, contract renewal and maintenance/lease financial reporting processes enabling a more proactive approach to managing maintenance and lease expense.• Successfully implemented IT. Asset Management’s contract management tool AssetCenter. This tool is now being used today to generate financial forecasts and reports that are viewed by managers, directors, VP’s, GVP’s and the CIO. • Playing an active role in implementing software asset management into HP AssetCenter.• Created a ten year financial plan for maintenance and lease expense.• Acted as the point person for I.T. Asset Management’s new Supervalu India associates.
