Graduate Student in Computer Science at Appalachian State UniversitySince my introduction to hobbyist game development in 2019, I have been captivated by problem-solving through code. I am proficient in a number of languages and frameworks including Java, Python, Zsh, C, C++, Angular Framework (TypeScript, HTML, CSS), and Godot (GDScript). My passion lies in front-end development, game development and low-level computing, but I have additional working knowledge in object oriented design principles, SQL, Haskell, basic assembly, and Android Studio. I am also skilled with Jira, Git, Vim and VSCode, all of which are essential tools to my development process.In my current role as an IT Student Systems Programmer at Appalachian State, I regularly develop using Agile and Scrum methodologies. This experience has been instrumental in refining my technical and collaborative skills. Currently, I am enhancing my expertise as a Software Engineer Intern at Cisco Systems, where I continue to grow both personally and professionally.Living, learning, and working remotely in Boone, North Carolina, has allowed me to seamlessly integrate my professional aspirations with my love for the outdoors. Whether skiing, hiking, camping, or playing disc golf, I find balance and inspiration in my surroundings, which fuels dedication to my career.
