Will Riddle is the Chief Executive Officer for Freedom Power responsible for all aspects of the company. Mr. Riddle also serves as the liaison with state and local energy programs, utilities, and incentive programs.Mr. Riddle has spent the last 15 years working in the energy industry. At Avangrid he developed and managed Commercial, Industrial and Residential Energy Efficiency Programs as well as managing multi-million-dollar budgets (both incentive and administration expenditures). He also served as a Board Member on the Connecticut Energy Efficiency Board. For the last 4 years he has worked a company similar to Freedom Power. During that time, he worked with the engineering team to develop sophisticated 8,760 and bin data models for electric generation, chilled water loads, and thermal utilization.Mr. Riddle holds an MBA from Texas A&M University, graduated from United States Military Academy at West Point and is a former Captain in the United States Army. He was Head Coach of Women’s Rugby (at both West Point and Texas A&M), led the West Point team to a National Championship title in 2011, and was subsequently named National Women’s Coach of the Year by Rugby Magazine. Will resides with his son in New Canaan, CT.
