In this role I was asked to develop creative solutions to complex business problems, and to clarify problem areas which were complex and not well understood. Some of this work was published in technical journals.

After leading development, I was project manager on the Professional Marketplace, for the full development life cycle. This complex project supported a user base of 10k plus active users, and had complex interlocks and both onshore and offshore development resources.

Our team turned around a failing infrastructure under high pressure. This work was highlighted in numerous external publications, and I was recognized as IBM's highest technical recognition event.

I was an intern working in the Advanced Development Group for NASA. I worked in the Launch Control Center on a pilot project to make shuttle data available on the web using Java. I was the core developer of the graphing capability and this work was published in Tech Briefs magazine.
