At the end of my tenure in this role I began to write a C# helper application in order to assist customers with their issues.Many of my experiences in this role have contributed to my appreciation of the importance of good design and quality and the development stage and its ultimate effect on the end user. The infrastructure and configuration knowledge helped greatly when creating continuous integration environments later in my career.
