A passionate senior data leader with over 20 years of experience, Will has managed large teams in the design and execution of data and customer-driven strategy. Its implementation doubled digital advertising revenues over the first six months and led to improved customer outcomes - increasing content engagement by over 40%.Other areas of his expertise include; the development of self-service insight capabilities, customer and business scorecard’s, identity resolution, customer engagement, digital and retail media strategy and spearheading the launch of a data fluency education programme for senior executives, mid-level management and junior colleagues.
