Formed and managed integrated EP&C group for waste feedstock recovery and biodiesel production facilities. Hired, trained and managed engineering, project management and fabrication personnel. Responsible for development, engineering, and project management from conception through handover in small and large capital projects. Specific focus of group centered on advanced technologies for recovery and conversion of low quality feedstock (brown grease, crude corn oil, etc.) to high quality biodiesel and value added co-products.

Formed and managed applied research and development laboratory and pilot plant focused on conversion of highly degraded oils and fats to value added co-products. Managed engineering team in the scale-up of novel process technologies from laboratory to commercial scale.
