Salesforce Experience Design is a group of passionate designers who build transformational products and experiences by turning human insights into business impact at Salesforce scale.Playing an integral part in Cloud Services, we partner alongside Service, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Human Capital Management Lines of Business across all industry verticals to help customers unleash the full power of Salesforce through a design-centric approach delivering useful, usable and desirable experiences.Responsibilities:Define and create UX concepts based on an understanding of the business requirements and end-user needs through up-front, end-user research.Prepare and facilitate a variety of Experience Design activities for client-facing workshops, audits, and customer/stakeholder interviews.Create a clear strategy from insight to action to effectively produce a variety of outputs such as personas, journey maps, user flows, information architecture, prototypes, and wireframes as it pertains to business requirements and end-user needs and validate through user testing.Communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale effectively both verbally and visually.Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and key stakeholders.Respond positively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands, and timeline.Participate as a contributor and at times a leader with an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, business analysts, technical and functional architects, and software developers.Collaborate effectively with remote team members.Represent Salesforce’s vision and values by ensuring all Salesforce certifications and coursework is met, as it pertains to the Experience Design group requirements.

At Westfield Labs, we solved challenges and shaped opportunities for global retailers striving to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving digital ecosystem. As a subsidiary of Westfield Corporation, our team was dedicated to enhancing digital and physical shopping experiences for retailers, brands, and venues, re-inventing commerce in the process.In my role, I collaborated with designers from diverse backgrounds, including industrial designers, mechanical engineers, and interaction designers, to develop holistic designs for our clients. I was responsible for graphic design across new and existing projects, ensuring a cohesive look and feel of the Westfield brand.I possessed a strong skill set in creating complex graphics, animation, and live video content across a wide range of media, including smartphones, handheld electronic devices, and the web. Additionally, I consulted with clients to understand their goals and explain research results, conducted usability testing, and created wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows.Developing personas and usage scenarios was another important aspect of my work, as was analyzing user feedback and activity to continuously enhance the user experience. I also assisted with content development and conducted competitor and customer analysis to identify areas for improvement.Overall, my work at Westfield Labs allowed me to make a meaningful impact on the future of commerce, leveraging my expertise to deliver innovative solutions that met the needs of clients and end-users alike.

As a freelance visual designer, I worked with my clients to create illustrations, images, branding guides, mobile/web prototypes, and animations. By using the Adobe creative suite and other common design tools I was able to build layouts and sketches that bring my clients ideas to life.
