In this role, I worked behind a bar at Ashton Gate Stadium during match days and concerts. In my time at Ashton Gate, I worked on the tills where I was responsible for money and delivering high-quality customer service while working under high-pressure situations where I would personally serve 50 – 100 customers in 15 minutes at half-time. In this job, I would also be assigned the role of having to pour the pints so that the till staff could serve as quickly as possible. This job takes a great level of organisational skills and time management because any delay in your role would lead to a large queue building up and therefore unhappy customers.
