The company mainly works with clients to provide them with the design services that they require, however at the same time the team has been able to develop and progress with their own projects with the intention of getting them to market. This has meant that time management and organisation is vital.Despite only having a small number of employees and having not been in business for very long, the company has been able to gain recognition within local media outlets and has also been invited to exhibitions and for magazine interviews.The company is focused predominantly on product design, however we have vast experience with graphic design work, brand identity, websites and even interior design. I designed all the brochures, flyers and banners to advertise the courses and events that the company was hosting. Ensured the smooth running of the Design Office. I was in charge of making sure relevant documents were sent to the appropriate designers. I was in charge of the incoming and outgoing post everyday, as well as ensuring the stock was regularly renewed. I also covered the Reception desk three times a day.

On a daily basis I was speaking to up to one hundred potential clients.Whilst there was a team of sales representatives, I was working individually and it was an entirely commission based job.
